IntraLearn and Learnframe™ Form Joint Initiative to Bridge the Link Between CBT and Web-based Training

Software Corporation, a leading provider of Internet-based e-learning systems,
today announced a partnership with Learnframe™, developers of Pinnacle Learning
Manager™ (PLM), the world's leading learning management software. Under
the agreement, IntraLearn becomes a reseller of the Learnframe product line,
and the two companies will work together to integrate technologies and co-market
e-learning solutions.

training to meet their future demands.".
Learnframe's integration with the IntraLearn e-learning platform allows
PLM customers to quickly create measurable courseware that is ready for
Web delivery. The partnership combines PLM's courseware connectivity and
IntraLearn's interactivity, collaboration, management and assessment capabilities
to create the industry's most comprehensive solution for launching and managing
CBT courseware. Customers benefit from a fully integrated learning management
