Learnframe™ Growth Warrants Four Promotions Within the Marketing Department
Four Marketing Managers Are Promoted to Positions of Director to Streamline Increased Operations

Draper, UT - December 8, 2000 - Learnframe, the leading developer of KnowledgE-Commerce™ and e-Learning infrastructure technologies, today announced the promotion of four marketing managers to director level, in order to better facilitate the increased responsibilities accompanying the company's rapid growth.

"As we push forward with Learnframe's Global Marketing Campaign we are streamlining responsibility," said Kim Stilson, Vice President of Marketing Communications. "Learnframe is proud to have such an exceptional Marketing Commuications team."

New Director of Research, John McCarthy brought a diverse background with him to Learnframe. He has worked for IBM, Omega Performance Systems, Skywest Airlines, and Dentrix. He was hired on three years ago when the company was still small, and so had the opportunity to interact with most aspects of the company. Most recently he was named Manager of Media Relations, but will now be Director of Research and will handle all research on competitors and the market. John's background in research includes working in the governor's office in Washington State doing research on amending Federal legislation, and at the Brain Research Institute at UCLA.

New Director of Integrated Marketing, Carrie Smith is a very talented artist and designer. Her background spans a broad range of graphics and design responsibilities including magazine design, creating ads, designing newsletters, promotional pieces, and tradeshow graphics for Valley Media, Vanguard Airlines, Nutraceutical Corporation, Melaleuca, Inc., and Composed Color. Since Smith started with Learnframe in February 2000 as Art Director she has been in charge of developing corporate identity as well as the look and feel of the company's outbound messaging. Now as Director of Integrated Marketing Smith's responsibilities will be expanded to ensure look and feel consistency throughout Learnframe's advertising campaigns, tradeshows, website, as well as product packaging and collateral.

New Director of Corporate Relations, Ron Wilson came to Learnframe with a strong Business Development background, specifically in strategic relationships. His resume includes Associate Vice President at Examination Management Services Inc. where he managed 12 offices and over 200 staff, Director of Strategic Business Development at American Bureau of Shipping, and Business Development at IKON Office Solutions. Wilson was hired this year as the Manager of Analyst Relations. But now as Director of Corporate Relations, he will handle all relations with industry and financial analysts, media, partners and customers.

New Director of Marketing Communications, Teresa Almond was originally with the company when it opened its doors in 1992. She was the third employee, managing marketing and sales, and handled the accounting as well. After a three year sabbatical, Almond was asked to rejoin the team as the Public Relations Manager. Now Director of Marketing Communications, she will handle the organization of all corporate tradeshows, events and tours. Almond's tremendous talent in Public Relations comes not only from past experience with Learnframe, but also from upper management positions in marketing with other companies such as FourMat Corporation and American International Marketing Association, and the Bennett for Senate Company. Almond has experience writing sales materials, press releases, and product announcements. She has organized many promotional events, trade shows, and press tours, and has designed and implemented local and national media campaigns.
